Fernando Moletta is a visual artist and research fellow (FBAUL). He has a master's degree from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon.

 

His artistic practice stems from an exploration of the challenges posed by modernism in contemporary times. Through an examination of temporal concepts and their intersections, he delve into themes of failure, biopolitics, allegorical plasticity, and technological noise. These notions manifest as specters, hovering and intertwining to form a hybrid body of work that encompasses video, sculpture, and drawing.
