OBJECTIVES

The Duplex | Artists in Residence aims to support experimentation and artistic production by providing affordable studios (designed to encourage dialogue between artists and other creatives) and a dynamic program of exhibitions, events, workshops and seminars aimed primarily at encouraging , promote and reflect on the artistic process and the inherent research.

 

Presenting itself as a fertile space for experimentation, testing and process discovery, rejecting traditional market dynamics and trying to flexibly mold itself with every project it presents, Duplex | Artists in Residence is not a gallery, nor does it represent artists commercially. The purpose of this platform is the creation, aggregation and promotion of a restless and productive community, willing to think about its practices and the contemporary artistic and creative universe, to which national and international artists, as well as cultural agents and an interested public. , will always be welcome.
